    CHAPERONES WANTED!

Hey parents, here is the information you have been waiting for. All households were mailed a few forms this week. You should have received three enclosures:

The first one was a reminder to check this website often for important information as we get closer to the summer season.

The second was an invitation for all of you to consider helping out with various support positions for the summer, including chaperone duties, truck driving, and truck loading. If you aren’t quite sure if you would fit in or enjoy it, just read what our head chaperone, Tom Dietzler, has to say.

The third enclosure was the form that you can fill out and mail back to Tom. On it you can select what weekends you could volunteer some time with the greatest band in the world!

The CHAPERONE LETTER and the CHAPERONE PREFERENCE FORM can be found here or can be found under the “FORMS” tab on the LVW homepage.

Please note that the preference form should be returned to Tom no later than Wednesday, May 6.
